sean110695: I started to notice gains with CEE in about the second week taking a little over 2 grams pre and post workout. I really don't think you need any more than 5 grams of CEE per time, but I guess it depends on your size and other variables. Anyways, just a quick update, I have lost 5 pounds while on this product (been increasing cardio a bit) yet I have lifted personal bests on several different exercises for reps. If anybody is worried about the taste, you get used to it over time. 5 stars.
