It's an aquired taste, and is mingin to begin with, but a little robinsons sugar free summer fruits and it's bearable. Big tip thou: mix with some warm water and it will actually dissolve with a good shake believe it or not, otherwise it sits around for an hour odd deciding whther to dilute or not. Mix with citru mal and some gluta and you have a cheap xtend. The formula of the three work though, i've been nailin multiple daily sessions with minimal catabolic impact. A happy bunny!
WIll prob buy xtend in future though to save the hassle of throwing a mixture of powder everywhere, the bcaas are fine and seem to get everywhere. |
