Had this before trying designer supps glucophase which is meant to be a superior product at twice the expense for half the dose. Can honestly say there is not much in it between the pair. Didn't see the des supps give better results for the money. So this one wins hands down, staple part of my regime all day long. Just learn how to time the dosings it correctly w.r.t. gaining weight and cutting fat and your set. Plus is the magic ingreient in Muscletechs Cell Tech garbage that they charge 5x the amount they should for it. Do your self a favour eat a bunch of grapes while consuming some creatine and pop one of these straight after training and your away - Instant cell tech at 1/10 the cost! A. |
