Started taking 1tsp pre-workout and 1tsp post-workout yesterday. Haven't been dosing long enough to notice effects, but I felt compelled to comment on taste. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being just sub-par and 10 being the most discusting... I would say it's maybe a 2, 3 at worst.
It doesn't taste that bad. I wouldn't take it plain by the spoonfull, but if u mix it with basically anything, you shouldn't have a problem. I do think it smells funny, kind of like a powdered vodka... but the taste is easily covered up. Don't put too much stock into how people bash the flavor, it's quite manageable even for picky people.
I'll be sure to comment back with gains I see.
