Yeah I have to agree with everyone else this is by far the best product to lose weight while still working out, I haven't seen a big differene yet because I'm only on the 4th week because you do have to build up to take max dosage, but I lost 3 lbs. and 3 is a lot for me, and I too can see more definition can't wait to finish the bottle, yeah the red shit i get it too lol
