most of the reviews for this powder are in the 50 gram section. That being said, here is my review.
Alpha GPC should help some with strength, tho I havent been using it for that. I use it for gaining a mental edge. Its like raw processing power. Mental calculations will be faster and almost automatic. Personally, it helps me with planning: a full day of tasks is easier to break down into smaller managable pieces.
Stack it with Piracetam for the full benefit, as each will multiply the effect of the other significantly more than eachother alone, and piracetam is cheap.
A reminder to those people who feel nothing: This is something that will help mainly with thinking, and thinking is not feeling. It does not affect dopamine or seratonin, so dont expect to feel euphoric are really good and 'smart'. That being said, there might be a slight elevation in mood from the increased brain function, or your newfound ability to alphabatize your entire CD collection in 5 minutes. |
