This stuff is awesome, within 3 weeks i have gained 9lbs of muscle. Around ten people have told me that I look "bigger". I have lost some bodyfat also with this, but it could be due to formestane that I mixed into the bottle with this stuff-2.5grams of it. All my lifts have gone up also, bench(incline) I barely do the flat bench, squats, deadlifts and the rest. Ifeel that my clothes are tighter in my chest/back/arms area and my legs but not my waist. All in all I have been eating very clean for about four months now and always eat 225grams of protein a day, in six meals and maybe a bar. I plan on buying at least four more bottles of this stuff and more form to use throughout the summer. |
