Besides SOD this is the best anti-ox available. I've used it for a year at 100-200mg/day. I use this in place of coQ10 and don't miss the latter at all. This quenches the free radical production in mitochondria caused by ALCAR. I take 100 mg ideb with 2g ALCAR and 600mg NAC and it improves mental state significantly. At the end of a busy day I don't feel mentally exhausted or worn out. I'm still sharp and ready to go, so in turn it increases my energy and mood. It may seem a bit expensive but it is more than worth it. |
