I got the Banana Creme and i must say i love the flavor....very tasty

I use 1/2 serving before my 6am workout. (The contain suggests 4 scoops! for 1 serving 56g protein so i modified a little)

I started pouring in a tsp of Sesalean and have really spurred some weightloss. Can't even taste the oil when mixed with this stuff.

I will more then likely use this supplement again.
