Review:

No jitter, you feel alert the whole day (on 2X2 per day). Stack with R-ALA (100mgX4 per day) your body feel tight, feel like working out anytime. Metally you are ready for anything. I am not sure about weight lost (may be I lift more) but I see my body cut & define, no regret.
