I have been using this stuff for over a year now and it is the best creatine that I have ever used. I get all the desired effects that I want. i do have to agree with many of the other users though and say that it tastes and smells like "POISON". RAT POISON to be exact. So to get around this I do one of two things, Make and take about five caps a day, each is fillied to their max, or simply fill a teaspoon with the powder and swollow it down with some juice or diet soda which masks the taste. Please people stop complaining about the taste and try one of these methods. By the way for its effects it gets 20 stars, but since this is a review on taste I have to give it only four. I have never drank this stuff mixed into water or anything else, but I am sure if I did it would be equivalent to drinking the blood of rotting corpses. |
