i wanted some ALA to go along w/ creatine uptake and then i read that whole R/S isomer stuff.. and decided for the R-ALA version. At the time I bought it, the BULK R-ALA was sold out so I opted for the SAN version..
At first, i took it w/ my meals and didnt really see much. However, when i took it w/ Bulk CEE, pre workout, I noticed a better pump and more defined viens sticking out.. so i thought, not bad.
Right now, I take 1-2 R-ALA caps w/ my CEE post workout and I noticed my muscles stay harder .. so i t hought, hmm.. aint that some shit
So all in all.. if you're using it for fat loss as a stand alone product.. nothing really noticable but for better creatine uptake.. its all good. in terms of that other review of someone being tired all the time. I didnt really experience that. Although, when I upped the caps to about 6 a day, I noticed a slight decrease of wanting to do stuff.. felt kinda lazy, a lil sleepy (more than normal)
Also, the R-ALA not only helped w/ CEE but i stacked it w/ some Sesamin and so far so good. Im getting more defined on the top 4 abs and love handles are going down. I used to be on the E/C stack, but my heart rate got kinda scary w/ that and the sesamin has more health benefits and the ala is a good antioxident.. |
