Out of the 3 current Sesamin based products, I would say Scivation's is the best for your money. $30 for 500mg Sesamin per cap, and unlike Sesathin's caps, you only need one cap per dose instead of 2. Makes this product highly conveinent. Pop one after a high fat/carb meal, or one before, one after. As far as it's weightloss capabilities, I admit, last weekend I splurged but remembered to take my Sesamin after meals. Combined with cardio and weight training Sesamin has helped me down from 194 to 178 currently, looking to reach a goal of atleast 168. I reccomend this product to anyone for it's all around benefits, and cannot fathom how anyone could give this ZERO or ONE star. |
