Its at a reasonable price, you get a lot of protein per a serving.. and it comes w/ some extra cool stuff.. like lactase (for those of you who are lactose intolerant ) ..can't complain about that.
In terms of taste.. Ive tried Chocolate Mint, Strawberry, Rock Road, and Cookies and Cream
All have been good except Cookies and cream (like u didnt know that already). However, its not thaaat bad as some ppl make it out to be. I think if you mix two scoops of Cookies and cream w/ 12 oz of milk, it tastes okay (not as good as the others, but its not bad) If you like variety in your life and u cant stand drinking the same taste every post workout or whatever, then my two favorite are Rocky Road and Cho.Mint.
In terms of gains... eh. protein is protein. Its just nice to have whey after workout.
also another tip.. mix a scoop of strawberry w/ some milk and get some ice and put it in a blender and you have yourself a strawberry smoothie and it tastes pretty good |
