i used to buy optimum about a year ago, and i was on a high protein diet(200-250) a day and cuz i was very busy during the day most of it came through protein shakes..this stuff was good at the beginning, but the taste gets to you after a while....
what you hav e to realize is that the taste of the product is directly proportional to the taste of the product, if all of them used the same components then why the fu*K would one be half the price of the other....
i dont mean to promote for any other companies or anything, cuz someone else is getting rich nt me, but try 100 whey protein from HIGHER POWER... the stuff taste better compared to optimum, and i thing its cheaper a lil bit. the product i mentioned is found on other sites( the big BB site) but i must also say that they suck at shipping stuff...
