Worked wonderfully, lost 1 1/4" off my hips over a period of 3 weeks, going by the 500 calorie deficit rule. And then I had finals three weeks later, and it all came back from stress eating in under 2 weeks. Final ruling? Wonderful product, but reserve it for the most stubborn fat. I've managed to get that inch off with 6 weeks of clean eating and working out, so see how much you can truly lose before falling back on this. I'm hoping stacking this with CLA and other fatty acids after I stop the next round will keep the fat from returning so easily. |
