100% Whey Protein - Gold Standard Review by unstable

Wow...Optimum Nutrition has come a long ways in the 10+ years that they've been around.

I remember hammering down "Mighty One 3000" shakes when I was in High School...they weren't bad, but they weren't great.

These days, this 100% Whey Protein is hard to beat. The Chocolate tastes great...I'm not much of a fan of some of the other flavors....but then again, I haven't tried them in 10 years, maybe they are reformulated to taste great?
