Review:

First off the gel pills are great, just like fish oil pills or vit E. What I get from this product is blood sugar stability, and a sort of buffer from swelling. When on it for a while it helps use fat for energy, great on a low carb diet, or CKD. I also do not get any allergy reactions from this sesathin product where as with others I have had a sort of sinus issue at times. Love it as an everyday supp right there with my Multi and Fish oil.
