Review:

I noticed some slight effects while on this. Nothing to drastic though. But, i attribute this to not taking in enough. I believe when i was on it i was only consuming 3 grams a day. Now, i believe in the upwards of 6-9 grams is what's needed to really see the true results of this. So, i give this a lower rating due to my own lack of knowledge at the time.
