1. excellent price
2. could last you up to 2-3 months depending on use
3. increased my strength more than anything
*** I was doing 3-3-3 for bench one week and on monday i did 195 on my last set and on thursday i did 205 on my last set.
4. dramatically increased my recovery time in between sets. For 3-5 reps i was doing 2 minute breaks in between sets.
5. one down side to this product: its inconvenience and its horrible taste.
**i prefer pills!!
**and i had to rely on orange juice to use this product so i could mix it.
The only other product out on the market today that can match these 4 features is Cre-Ethyl-Thunder from omega sports. |
