Bought into all the "Tight is such a great non-ephedra fat burner" hype, and was very dissaponited. Zantrex was better than this tuff. everytime I took it I would et a very mild buzz for about a half hour followed by extreme tiredness. No weightloss, nothing. Just the occasional headache and some lethargy. My mom bought a bottle too, and gave it to me due to the aforementioned effects.
