Well I must say this stuff taste pretty nasty but nasty is absolutely fine with me when results are good. This cee is very cost effective and works. For 3 weeks it was my standalone creatine but now I've cut the dosage in half and added swole (orange) at half dose and that has been an effective mix as well and taste okay too. Strength is up but not overpoweringly and bloat factor is down. As always drink a ton of water which for me during the summer is about 1 1/2 gallons. Supplement this mix with blue nitrous or nitrous, a multi vitamin and results are good. Follow directions and be sure to carb up before and after working out. |
