BCAAs are an extremely useful and effective anabolic / anticatabolic supplement, just remember do not take with food or protein shake. In fact its best if taken on a empty stomach, before or during your training session and directly after. Can aslo be taken first thing in the morning upon waking up.
I combined BCAA's with Jet Fuel, talking about serious workout session!
I strongly recommend capping this product, although I was able to manage without, I just dump it directly in my mouth and followed with lots of water. Not for the faint at heart but it will work when in a pinch. |
