I love this product. I have been using Nlarge for about 3 years, and it's the best weight gainer on the market. If your a hardgainer this product is a great way to help you get the necessary calories to smash through barriers. This isn't for someone who puts on fat easily. It does have a lot of sugars, and makes a great post-workout shake. This helped me go from 160-190, and I'd recommend it to any hardgainer who claims they can't gain weight.
