I am not sure what it does, either, but I know it does something. Today was the first day I took it immediately before I left home for a workout (takes about 30mins for me to get to the gym), and I could instantly tell two things: I sweated a heck of a lot more and I was intensely focused throughout -- enough so that I completed my incline press and my calf raises with no problem. I struggled, but i finished. BIG motivator for me! I highly HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is having difficulty with their concentration during workouts or just work in general! |
