This gave me some great energy... much better than Hydroxycut which gave me an upset stomache. I suggest for those of us who get queezy on caffine thermogenics, to take these with a meal and plenty of fluids. Didn't notice a huge weightloss but not going for that as more for a leaner look and more energy. ThermoGain worked well for me with over all good feeling and energy and focus. When stacked, this is a great product. I'd guess results would vary from person-to-person and workout intensity. I'd give this an even 3 rating. I suggest the newer "Extreme" version. |
