While my body doesn't generally respond well to any sort of supplements, diets or vitamins, I still decided to give Creatine a try.
I like how this product is Micronized, it mixes VERY easily into water or juice. It also doesn't taste like anything, so putting it into a glass of water isn't a big deal.
My stomach readily accepts it & doesn't get upset.
Even though I haven't seen much of a SIZE increase while taking Creatine, I must say that it has helped me in the number of reps I'm doing. Within the first couple of weeks it seemed that with a higher weight, I was finishing full sets, whereas my muscles would have tired out part way through the last set or two before I started on the creatine supplement.
I've also been making my lifting partner look bad in the process... hehe
I'll probably keep taking Creatine for as long as I lift, simply because it's SO EASY to use. Just a spoonful and you're done!
The only thing that sucks about it, is that you have to drink a LOT of water for it to be effective. I've never drank so much water in my life! |
