I'm using a Beverly International pre-contest diet for cutting and using their products with it. I will say that this is probably the best tasting protein I have ever tried. Even in water, the chocolate Muscle Provider tastes somewhat like chocolate pudding. I use 3 scoops 2-3 times daily with about an ounce of cream and water. The vanilla flavor is also excellent. I use it with 4 frozen strawberries and water and maybe an ounce of cream. The taste is outstanding and the quality is second to none. While I am not a bodybuilder (I'm a powerlifter) I am using the diet/supplements Beverly uses for bodybuilders to prep them for contests and I am getting great results. Between my own dieting and switching to theirs, I have shed about 30lb of bodyfat with a very minimal loss in strength, which is possibly due to the restricted carbs. I'm leaner and harder than ever and will switch to their lean mass building plan after I'm finished cutting (I have a vacation coming up:) I would say that although this product is quite expensive, it is worth the money. It is filling, has an excellent protein profile, and the taste is just awesome. I honestly think that Beverly International is probably the best protein out there. Their list of bodybuilding clients is a mile long and their customers do very well in competition. If you can afford it, I would go with this. I'm also using their Ultra 40, Muscle Synergy, and will be also using Mass Aminos. For cutting, I'm also adding Xtreme Formulations ICE to my training to preserve more muscle since I am definitely restricting calories etc. This combination is hard to beat. |
