Ordered this stuff after doing a bottle of PrimaForce's brand. Ingredient label is identical "100mg R-ALA, 1mg Biotin" this is $5 cheaper so why go for the pricier?
Anyway, for effect, I went through a bottle of R-ALA before, and i wasn't impressed. Until I stopped taking it for 2 weeks. My workout buddy commented "you've lost some of your definition lately." So that sealed the deal on buying another bottle. Quality supplement, should be on anybody's list who is trying to keep definition and/or is taking creatine. Helps with uptake. |
