Review:

I noticed that when I took this, I had gas like crazy and the hersey squirts. I only take 2 a day and if I skip a day, I'm fine but when I start back up, I get the same thing coming out the other end.

I've taken a bottle of GNC's CLA upwards of 4 a day with NO problems what so ever and the same thing with the off brand, Vitamin World. I have no clue what's up with theirs, but I bought it because it was more than half price of the GNC brand. Bad call on my part. Take my advice, you get what you pay for so spend a few extra dollars and get a good CLA. GNC is too expensive though.
