i used it to lose weight....but i did not expect the other good stuff to it. my mind was clear, memory was way better. i was mentally focused. even my vision seems clear too. work out was the same since im always aggressive in the gym. great product and this is the only place i can get it cheap. instead of paying $40 at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe.
