Tastes absolutely horrible. Smells like cow manure on a pasture and tastes (I'm assuming) just like it as well. However, for those of you who can stomach it, it produces good results. I've noticed a marked decrease in bodyfat and I've maintained all the mass I packed on. Doing lots of cardio and eating well, but never looked this good.
