Great product. Several ways to take this, capping or straight. I will say that the taste is something this product lacks. But makes up for the results it gives.
Stress reliever, mood enhancement and not habit forming. Any other questions, let me know.

Only downside is the taste, but shoot it with OJ if taking it straight.
