Half way through my second bag, so far i've gone from 154-162.5, pretty clean weight, i have this when i wake up, and before i sleep, and sometimes after my workouts. Tastes BETTER than a milkshake, 1 scoop, 8 oz water, 8 0z milk, perfect.
