I have been using Estrotone for over a year now. I had a hysterectomy and also am on prescription hormones. The hormones alone were not doing the 'complete job'. The Estrotone took away the night sweats and almost all hot flashes. It worked great hand in hand with my hormones. I recommended it to 3 friends who were in the same situation and all 3 are still taking it, as well. I would not recommend that anyone stop taking their prescribed hormones, only to use this to fill in the gaps... Without I would be back to waking up drenched and freezing and fanning myself at work 1/2 of the day!
