I had nearly the exact same experience with this form of fenugreek as Buffgman. I was stacking Now brand fenugreek with MassFX and Primal Male. After about two weeks of usage I noticed a tender knot under my right nipple. I suspected it was the fenugreek and about two weeks after cessation the tenderness began to subside. I have used Testofen as a standalone in the past without any problems also without any results. I developed gyno under my left nipple about a year ago after using USP Prime for several months. I had it reomoved and my Dr. told me to avoid trib products as they can cause gyno in susceptable individuals. Since then I have read a number of stories where men have developed unilateral gyno while using trib products. I will personally avoid both funegreek and trib products in the future.
