I tried this product after reading many positive reviews and also from positive feedback from people I know on the boards...It does a good job getting you ready to go, but I didnt feel this unbelievable-will-to-keep-going stuff others have spoken of. My workouts were fine, nothing special, and I crashed bigtime about an hr after my post-workout shake. I wont be buying it again. Worth a try if you respond well to pre-WO supps though. It has no additives to make it look like more product. The scoop is tiny and mixes well, tastes real good, etc. Fine product, just not a big deal for me. But I wont bash it with a low rating. 4 stars |
