what you get is a nice size tub of wm, priced right. they say to take it post and some say take it pre. some say do both. some say protein before, after or during taking wm. go figure out what is best for you and that is what i did. yeah, its chalky but the taste really aint too bad at all no runs, no gas no upset stomach asyet. the mad scientist in me does 1scoop postworkout alone with a protein/cee chaser within 1/2hr. maybe because i drink so much water but wm seems to fill me up. i dont wanna eat until hrs later. i do get fuller or pumped effects. so yes, i do recommend it. good luck figuring out what is best as everyone seems to have an opinion! |
