well it dont mix well as i tried various temperature drinks. while the taste is nasty it is not bad or in my top 10 worse tasting supps. everything about this product is good. no frills but puts in yuh what you need. i used to mix it with my protiens shakes or with a cup of coffee but it spoiled the expereince. now i just mix it with a little gatorade or chris lite and move on. no complaints about price, highly recommend will prchase again.
