no matter how much homework you do bodybuilding and supps are like a box of chocolates, you never really know what you gonna get. my experience has been challenging to say the least. add to protien shakes and get the shitz. cut back from 1 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon and get the shitz. cut back to 1/3 teaspoon and less than that (you get the picture) and get the shitz. my body just responded to this with massive runs. so while i dont doubt anyone elses or the research on this for me this products kept me on the toliet for hours. after toiling with it off and on for weeks had to trash it. |
