For those of you who don't like the way the product mixes or foams up in a blender, there is a very simple fix. Put in even a tiny amount of whey isolate, maybe 5-10 grams or more if you want, and it will allow the BCAA's to suspend/dissolve in the solution with ease. I have not tried this in a shaker but I suspect it will help too. And the isolate is not going to hurt you, in fact if it is flavored it will help the taste. also, a half teaspoon of scivaiton extend mixed in will flavor this sufficiently, or at least overwhelm the bitterness somewhat.
And I agree this stuff works really well, but you must take enough to really notice it. At 195 lbs. I take 3 heaping tablespoons twice a day. Usually morning and pre-workout.
One of its biggest benefits is keeping you from going catabolic or bringing you out of that state when you have not been able to eat for a while or have lowered your calorie intake. |
