Well first off, in case you couldnt guess, the shirt is XL...cut the sleeves off and your good. I've only used once, yesterday while working chest and arms...I didnt have the "superdump" effect that some have, i used 1 1/2 scoops and had a pretty good workout, did have more vascularity but not "roadmap"...did see an increase in work load, the "size on" taste slightly like lemonade, however since creatine is not stable in liquid form i dont understand why gaspari says to "sip" during workout, I just drink it all at once about halfway through, then finish workout with protein. Anyway, good value, you get about 2 weeks worth if you use only on workout days like I do..as I said, I've only used once so cannot respond on a decent 2 week result. |
