This is by far the best protein shake I have ever tasted as well as good gains to go along with it! This puts ON to shame and is a little better than Muscle Milk (to me atleast). I also gained about 4 solid pounds off one bottle of this product. My only complaint is the small 2.91 lb bottle. What the hell is that! I went through one bottle in a week and a half! But other than that, great product!
