First I just want to say that I've been bodybuilding for 7 years since I was 17. And since most people reviewing this seem to be regular people I thought it would be good to write a review from a bodybuilder's standpoint. I have always had a problem with high anxiety especially at school and work. So I decided I'll give this a try and so far so good this is just my second day so I'll keep everyone posted.
My main problem is uncontrolable anxiety I always worry about everything even the stupidest things like bumping into people in the hall ways at work or people at the gym. So like I said I'll keep everyone posted. So far I took one dosage before bed and I started to feel very calm and I just smiled more and laughed more while wathcing tv. And I took it on an empty stomach just to see if it would work faster so I skipped my 8 egg white before bed meal. Then I took another dosage in the morning this time I had to eat, so I mixed it with orange juice and ate my 7 egg whites and toast. I still feel alot more calm like I don't give a fuk anymore but It might just be all in my head from reading all these reviews so I will keep everyone posted on my long term effects to make sure if this stuff really works.
