I was introduced to this product by a friend after I suffered a severe muscle pull (gluteals and piriformis) while water skiing. I took the recommended dose of Joint & Tissue Repair along with ibuprofen, and the effects were amazing. The severe pain was gone within one day and continued to abate over the next few days. Since that time I have used it on several occasions for muscle strains, notably lower back, with the same great results.
