I mix 30g of WMS with 10g of BCAA along with cool aid for the taste and consume 30 mins before exercise. I mix 30g of WMS with Caffeine and cool-aid for sipping between sets. After workout, I mix 60g of WMS with 30g of whey, 10g BCAA, 5g Glutamine.
Result is Great energy, Endurance, muscle soreness in reduced
as a side affect of WMS, i noticed that I had to pee a lot although I did not increase my water intake. I believe this is good sign since WMS suppose reduce water retention by draining water under the skin. Just be ready for that.
Over all great deal for great products and decently well be buying this again
