I still like this product, but when I ran out of it about a month ago I decided to try zinc picolinate instead. So for the past month I have been taking 50 mg zinc picolinate with 100 mg b-6 before bed and the results I am getting from the picolinate are comparable to the results i got from the ZMA. And considering that the picolinate is much, much cheaper... I doubt i will ever buy ZMA again, although I still think ZMA is a good product, |
