I am a 48 yr old going through menopause and this really has taken the symptoms away! I use both this product and the Enzymatic brand of AM/PM Menopause Formula. I take two tabs of the DIM (1 am and 1 pm) along with the tabs of the AM/PM Formula and after about three weeks the hot flashes and night sweats are gone. I haven't had a hot flash as long as I have taken them consistantly every 12 hours. I also suppliment with calcium and Omega 3s, exercise regularly, watch my sugar intake and drink a lot of water.
