He could have very well acclimated to the beta-alanine he was taking in other forms.
The serving size on this beta-alanine is like a quarter of a teaspoon. I take two to three teaspoons in the two hours around my training, and get very little in the way of tingling.
If he got a wrong/mislabeled product, you'd think he'd return it to 1fast and ask for an explanation/replacement.
I'm glad to see the price falling on beta-alanine as it gets more popular! |
