This has been a pretty impressive supplement but you need to have patience. Keep in mind that I was dieting but I managed about a 10 pound increase on all my lifts. I finally noticed an increase in strength starting the 3rd week. This supplement helps with cardio immediately. I was able to go an extra 10 minutes on the stationary bike and managed to go from level 10 to level 11. One more thing. I experimented with the dosage. 4 grams seemed to be a good dose for me. I went up to 7 grams but noticeed no difference in workout performance. If your over 225 lbs I recommend 4 or 5 grams and if your under 225 lbs I'd recommend 3 or 4 grams. I only experienced the "flushing" sensation the first week. After that I was used to the product and it didn't bother me. |
